These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the B&H Junk Removal website and your engagement of B&H Junk Removal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) for hauling, junk removal, cleanout, and related services. By using this website or requesting services from us, you agree to these Terms.
B&H Junk Removal provides junk removal, debris hauling, property cleanout, yard waste removal, and light demolition services to residential and commercial customers within our published service area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information and photographs you provide. Quoted pricing is based on the volume the items occupy in our truck and includes labor, loading, transport, and standard disposal fees.
A quote may be revised on site if the actual volume, weight, access conditions, or item types differ materially from what was described. If a revision is needed, we will inform you and obtain your approval before proceeding. You are free to decline at that point at no cost.
We schedule work in arrival windows rather than exact times, and we will notify you if we are running behind. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable advance notice. A trip charge may apply if our crew arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property or the job is cancelled on arrival.
We do not accept hazardous or regulated materials, including but not limited to paint, solvents, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos or asbestos-containing material, medical or biohazardous waste, ammunition, and explosives. You agree not to include such materials in any load without disclosing them to us in advance.
Once items are loaded onto our truck, title to those items passes to B&H Junk Removal and they are disposed of, recycled, or donated at our discretion. Removal is final; we cannot retrieve items after a load has been processed.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other terms have been agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods disclosed at the time of scheduling. Past-due balances may be subject to reasonable late fees and collection costs.
B&H Junk Removal carries liability insurance and takes reasonable care while working on your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, for damage arising from structurally unsound conditions, or for ordinary wear associated with removing large items through confined spaces. Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
Your use of our SMS text messaging program is governed by the SMS Terms & Conditions set out in our Privacy Policy. In summary: we message only individuals who have expressly opted in; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages; and consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase.
