We collect only the information we need to quote and perform your job:

Job details you provide, such as a description of the items to be hauled, photographs you send us, and your preferred scheduling window.
Communication records, including call logs, text message history, and website chat transcripts, kept so we can service your request and maintain a record of consent.
Basic website data such as pages viewed and general device type, collected through standard web analytics.

2. How we use your information

To prepare and send you a quote for hauling or removal services.
To schedule, confirm, and complete your job, including arrival notifications.
To send invoices and process payment.
To respond to your questions by phone, text, email, or website chat.
To send promotional offers — only where you have separately opted in to receive them.

3. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:

4. SMS text messaging terms & conditions

4.1 Program description

B&H Junk Removal operates a text messaging program used to communicate with customers and prospective customers about hauling and junk removal services. Messages may include quote responses, appointment confirmations and reminders, crew arrival notifications, job follow-up, invoicing and payment reminders, review requests, and — for subscribers who have separately opted in — occasional promotional offers.

4.2 How you consent to receive messages

We send text messages only to individuals who have given express consent through one of the following methods:

Website chat widget. By entering your mobile number into the chat widget on this website and checking the unchecked consent box shown beside it before sending your message. The box is not pre-checked and is not required in order to send a message or receive services. The chat widget is the only mechanism on this website that collects mobile numbers for SMS opt-in consent — we operate no other web form, lead-capture form, or appointment form that collects SMS consent.
Calling or texting us first. By calling or sending a text message to our published business number, you consent to receive a reply by text regarding your inquiry. If we are unable to answer your call, we will send you a text message so you can reach us.
In person or by phone. By verbally providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text updates while arranging a job.

Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services from B&H Junk Removal.

4.3 Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Most customers receive between two and ten messages related to an active job. Subscribers who opt in to promotional messages receive no more than four promotional messages per month.

4.4 Cost

Message and data rates may apply. B&H Junk Removal does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates will apply according to your plan.

4.5 Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message to acknowledge that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from us. If you want to rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

4.7 Carriers and delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

Our messaging program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers. Availability may vary by carrier and by device.

5. Data retention

We retain customer contact information, job records, and SMS consent records for as long as needed to service your account and to satisfy legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. Records of SMS opt-in and opt-out are retained for a minimum of four years as documentation of consent.

6. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us using the details below.

8. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting the SMS program will be communicated to active subscribers.
